Before you begin making appointments for your spray tan business, it’s important to do a little research to ensure all of your ducks are in a row. While you can certainly try to wing it with nothing but an applicator and solution, any successful entrepreneur recognizes the need to do some due diligence. Here are some tips for pleasing your clients and garnering return customers:
~Make sure they have realistic expectations going into the session
~Provide information on what to do pre and post tan
~Discuss which level of solution is appropriate for their skin
~Offer retail items that preserve sunless tans or darken color
~Offer some sort of reward program for return customers
